Plagiarism Procedure

As an Online Learning Program, we take plagiarism very seriously. We trust that our students are not using someone else's words and or ideas, and making it  their own. Using three or more words and or ideas from someone without giving credit (citing the source) is considered plagiarizing.

Offense One:  Teacher sends a message to the student, online counselor and family. Assignment receives an F.    All online teachers will be notified of the situation.

Offense Two:  A family/guardian meeting will be required. Failure to attend this meeting will result in an F in the course.   All online teachers will be notified of the situation.

Offense Three:   Definite removal from class (F).  Possible removal from all online classes.
